PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A conversion device which attains improvement of conversion accuracy by excluding duty error of a PWM output signal.SOLUTION: Quantizer output values including variations corresponding to duty error of pulse width data (PWM output signal) caused by differences in a pull-up/pull-down drive property of a buffer 60 are stored in a feedback value memory 43 of a quantizer 40 as feedback values FBV0-FBV4. A feedback value FBVn to be read out of the feedback value memory 43 in response to quantization of &Dgr;&Sgr; modulation output is fed back and inputted to a subtractor 20, a quantizer output value including the variation corresponding to the duty error is subtracted from input data Din, and &Dgr;&Sgr; modulation is applied so as to minimize the difference, thereby compensating for the duty error of the pulse width data (PWM output signal). |
