摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicle control apparatus capable of stopping an internal combustion engine at a specific crank angle even in a case where torque that can be output from a rotary electric appliance is limited as in the case of un-warmed state.SOLUTION: A control apparatus controls a throttle opening level of an internal combustion engine 11 and a first MG 12, respectively, so as to stop the engine 11 at a target crank angle. A vehicle control apparatus 30 performs: first, calculating an estimated crank angle that is predicted to form when a revolution speed of the engine 11 reaches a third revolution speed Ne3 in the state of maintaining the throttle opening level at a supply stop opening level; then, decreasing the throttle opening level if the estimated crank angle is ahead of a determination crank angle, or increasing the throttle opening level if the estimated crank angle is behind the determination crank angle; and then, controlling output torque of the first MG 12 so as to stop the engine 11 at the target crank angle when the revolution speed of the engine 11 reaches the third revolution speed Ne3.
