PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiler device having a chute guide capable of stabilizing strip feeding, by preventing the occurrence of a flaw of a surface even when a metal plate is a high strength thick material.SOLUTION: A coiler device 1 is provided with a chute guide 40a having pinch rolls 10a and 10b for guiding a metal plate 2 carried along a pass line L1 to a winding line L2 bent from the pass line L1, a mandrel 20 arranged on the tip of the winding line L2 and winding the metal plate 2 and the chute guide 40a for introducing the metal plate 2 into a winding port 23 of the mandrel 20 by guiding the upward surface side of the metal plate 2 in the winding line L2, and the chute guide 40a adopts a constitution having a body frame 70 and a liner 72 installed in the body frame 70, forming at least a part of a guide surface 42 for guiding the metal plate 2, lower in a friction coefficient than the body frame 70 and lower in hardness than the metal plate 2. |
