PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a measurement method including a user interface that can rapidly and accurately operate various measurement functions corresponding to a number of communication standards.SOLUTION: A measurement device includes: a first hierarchy display control portion 17a that causes a display portion 11 to display any of a plurality of display screens of a first hierarchy; a lower hierarchy display control portion 17d that causes the display portion 11 to display a display screen of a lower hierarchy; a first hierarchy display switch control portion 17b that outputs a control signal for selectively displaying any of the plurality of display screens of the first hierarchy to the first hierarchy display control portion 17a, in response to operation of an input portion 12; a lower hierarchy display switch control portion 17c that outputs a control signal for turning on/off display of the display screen of the lower hierarchy to the lower hierarchy display control portion 17d, in response to operation of the input portion 12; and a main operation screen display control portion 17e that causes the display portion 11 to always display a main operation screen for performing specific processing, not in response to operation of the input portion 12. |
