PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect change of a work schedule to conference reservation and create a schedule of subsequent work based on a result of conference reservation, when the work and periodic conference are associated each other.SOLUTION: A schedule adjustment server 101 comprises: a step progress table 141 for storing step progress information; a schedule table 152 for storing schedule information of employees; a conference reservation table 151 for storing conference reservation information; and a schedule adjustment part 102. The schedule adjustment part 102 determines delay or progress of work based on the step progress information, and when it is determined that the work delays or progresses, selects a conference room which can be used for the number of days of review requirement, registers updated conference reservation information and schedule information in the conference reservation table 151 and schedule table 152 respectively, and updates a work completion scheduled date included in the step progress information. Then the schedule adjustment part 102 updates the step progress information about post-step work. |
