<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven subsidence by optimizing pumping pattern to realize efficient pumping upon lowering ground water level in ground improvement operation and the like.SOLUTION: Pumping is performed with a water pump 200 arranged in each of water wells 50 to measure a ground water level in each of the water wells 50 and a ground water level in each of observation holes 60. With pumping effect quantifying means 110, the degree of effect provided by each of the water wells 50 on the water level in each of the observation holes 60 is grasped to quantify the degree of effect of each of the water wells 50 in each of the observation holes 60. Water pumping is performed with each of pumping control means 120 to make the ground water level of each of the water wells 50 uniform at a predetermined depth. Then, with a pumping water level meter 20 and an observation water level meter 300, the ground water levels in each of the water wells 50 and each of the observation holes 60 are measured, and according to the quantified degree of effect, pumping with each of the water pumps 200 is controlled in a manner where a predetermined depth of ground water level is maintained in all regions of improvement target ground.</p> |
