<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica gel that is used for a filler of a preparative column and can minimize contamination of a passing flow channel in order to perform a normal preparative operation.SOLUTION: The preparative liquid chromatograph device includes: a detector including a column for separating components in a sample from each other, and at least a mass spectrometer for detecting a component in an eluate coming from the column; and a fraction collector for fractionating and preparing the eluate. The total content of Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, and Alin a silica gel to be filled into the column is set at 200 ppm or less.</p> |
