PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for silicone adhesives which is excellent in releasability from and adhesion to silicone adhesives, tough and high in flexibility and a silicone adhesive tape using the release film for silicone adhesives.SOLUTION: A release film for silicone adhesives contains a polyvinyl acetal resin and a polymer having structural units derived from monomers having a fluoroalkyl group; the atomic concentration of fluorine in the vicinity of the surface of one principal plane is 1.5-50 at%; and the difference between the atomic concentration of fluorine in the vicinity of the surface of one principal plane and the atomic concentration of fluorine in the vicinity of the surface of the other principal plane is 0.5 at% or greater.
