<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet that can suppress washing water from splashing out of a toilet from a rim part of a bowl part and further improve washing performance.SOLUTION: A water closet 1 is configured to wash a toilet body 2 by supplying washing water thereto, and includes a bowl part 8 having a muck receiving surface 16 in a bowl shape and an a rim part 18 having an inner peripheral surface 22 positioned at an upper edge and exposed to the inner space of the bowl part 8, and rim water discharge parts 24 and 26 which discharge the washing water along the inner peripheral surface 22 of the rim part 18 to form a swirling flow. Swirling flow speed reduction means 80 of reducing the speed of the flow of the washing water discharged from the rim water discharge parts 24 and 26 to an upper region of the inner peripheral surface 22 to swirl is provided on the inner peripheral surface 22 of the rim part 18.</p> |
