<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experimental installation achieving improvement of an experimental environment in an experimental room and energy saving.SOLUTION: An experimental installation comprises in a facility F: a nitrogen gas generation section 1 that generates a nitrogen gas G; and an experimental device 2 that performs an experimental process using the nitrogen gas G generated by the nitrogen gas generation section 1. The experimental device 2 is located in an experimental room ER within the facility F. The nitrogen gas generation section 1 is located in a machinery room MR within the facility F. The nitrogen gas generation section 1 within the machinery room MR supplies the nitrogen gas G into the experimental device 2 within the experimental room ER through a gas supply passage 3.</p> |
