Disclosed are an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) array substrate, manufacturing method thereof and display device. The OLED array substrate comprises a substrate (1) and a plurality of microcavity OLEDs (2) arranged in an array on the substrate (1); an included angle exists between the luminous surface of at least one microcavity OLED (2) and the plane of the substrate (1), so that light of shorter wavelength is emitted in a directed direction to change the color coordinate values of pixels and deepen the pixel color, thus increasing the color gamut of the display device, making the display color more brilliant, and greatly improving display quality. |
