This layer (50) formed by soft nitriding is composed of an iron-lithium oxide layer (51) and a nitride diffusion layer (52). In the nitride diffusion layer (52), atoms in the iron-lithium oxide layer (51) have migrated into among the atoms constituting the surface of the pin (20).
