The present invention relates to an antigen-combining fragment (Fab) and an antigen-combining Fab-effector fusion protein or (poly)peptide including the antigen-combining Fab. The antigen-combining Fab according to the present invention is specifically bonded to serum albumin to have an increased in vivo half-life. Moreover, the antigen-combining Fab according to the present invention does not have a cysteine residue needed in a disulfide bond between chains in a heavy chain invariable 1 domain (C_H1 domain) and a light chain invariable domain (C_kL domain). According to the present invention, antigen-combining Fab-effector fusion protein or (poly)peptide can be produced at high yield in periplasm of colon bacillus, and has a remarkably increased in vivo half-life. Furthermore, provided is a pharmaceutical composition including a colon bacillus strain for producing various kinds of antigen-combining Fab-effector fusion proteins or (poly)peptides, and an antigen-combining Fab-effector fusion protein or (poly)peptide. |
