摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle multiple-disc electromagnetic clutch device low in drag torque when not actuated.SOLUTION: A second clutch 48 (vehicle multiple-disc electromagnetic clutch device) includes: a reaction force member 90 holding a main clutch 84 between a torque control piston 86 and the reaction force member 90; and a reaction-force-member drive 92 positioning the reaction force member 90 between a reaction-force generation position and a reaction-force non-generation position. Owing to this, the reaction force member 90 holding the main clutch 84 between the torque control piston 86 and the reaction force member 90 is located at a pressure-force non-receiving position away from the main clutch 84 by a predetermined distance D by the reaction-force-member drive 92 when not actuated, and a drag torque of the second clutch 48 is greatly reduced when not actuated. It is, therefore, possible to enhance the fuel economy improvement effect of a vehicle and to ensure durability even if the second clutch 48 is used in a full differential state to provide a large rotation difference when not actuated.
