POLYAMIDE FIBER CORD FOR REINFORCING RUBBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide fiber cord for reinforcing rubber which is excellent in the dimensional stability of the cord and is improved in processability during the production of a product such as an automobile hose, and more specifically, which is improved in the flexibility of the cord and is reduced in the detachment of RFL from the surface of the polyamide fiber cord.SOLUTION: A polyamide fiber cord for reinforcing rubber of the present invention is produced by: twisting polyamide fibers to obtain a twist yarn; and applying an adhesive containing resorcin-formalin-rubber latex to the twist yarn. The twist yarn is heat-treated before the application of the adhesive after twisting.
