<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle whose volume is ensured and where deformation due to pressure reduction inside the plastic bottle can be prevented even when the weight of the plastic bottle is reduced.SOLUTION: A plastic bottle 10 comprises: a mouth 11; a shoulder 12 connected to the mouth 11; a trunk 20 connected to the shoulder 12; and a bottom 30 connected to the trunk 20. The trunk 20 has a plurality of horizontal direction grooves 22-24, cylindrical surfaces 25 disposed between respective horizontal direction grooves 22-24 and a structure that the horizontal direction grooves 22-24 and the cylindrical surfaces 25 are alternately and repeatedly disposed in the whole area from just below the shoulder 12 to just above the bottom 30. The plurality of horizontal direction grooves 22-24 include the horizontal direction grooves 22-24 having at least three kinds of depths.</p> |
