<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in expandability, permeability, and heat shrinkability though having a low environmental load, which is used when a modified part is formed by irradiating laser beam to a tabular member and the tabular member is then divided into chips.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 10 is used when a modified part 16 is formed by irradiating to a tabular member 14 with laser beam 15 and the tabular member 14 is then divided into chips. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 10 includes a substrate 11 and an adhesive layer 12 disposed on one surface of the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is made of an acrylic film containing, as a main ingredient, an acrylic copolymer (A) that is a copolymer of an alkyl(meth)acrylate (a) of C4-8 alkyl group and an alkyl(meth)acrylate (b) of C1-3 alkyl group.</p> |
