摘要 By producing a positive electrode having a large capacity commensurate with the negative electrode capacity, a lithium ion capacitor having an increased capacity can be provided. A lithium ion capacitor includes a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material mainly composed of activated carbon and a positive electrode current collector, a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material capable of occluding and desorbing lithium ions and a negative electrode current collector, and a nonaqueous electrolyte containing a lithium salt, in which the positive electrode current collector is an aluminum porous body having a three-dimensional structure, the positive electrode active material is filled into the positive electrode current collector, and the negative electrode current collector is a metal foil or a metal porous body.
