The present invention relates to a vehicular latch assembly for allowing a vehicle seat to be coupled to and decoupled from a vehicle body, the vehicular latch assembly comprising: a base having an accommodation groove into which an external striker is inserted; a catch and a pawl rotatably coupled to the base, for interactively locking and unlocking the striker in the accommodation groove; a cover for supporting the catch and pawl between the base and the cover; and a plurality of shafts penetrating the base and cover and supporting the rotation of the catch and pawl, wherein the base and cover have a plurality of through holes into which the plurality of shafts are inserted, and the plurality of shafts are inserted in the respective through holes of the base and cover, while inserted in and supporting the catch and pawl, and then riveted and have flange parts covering the outer surfaces of the base and cover from the circumferences of the through holes. Accordingly, the present invention simplifies the overall number of parts and assembly steps and thus facilitates production. |
