Eyewear in which the ocular potential of a wearer wearing the eyewear is detected and processing based on the detected ocular potential is carried out is known; however, desired is eyewear for which if a processing unit, battery, or the like is mounted on the eyewear, the burden on the wearer is lessened. Accordingly, provided is eyewear comprising: a frame having a pair of temples; an ocular potential electrode for detecting ocular potential; a processing unit that is disposed on one of the temples of the pair thereof and that processes the ocular potential; and a first battery that is disposed on the other of the temples of the pair thereof and that supplies power to the processing unit. |
