Disclosed is a system for ensuring driving safety of an unmanned vehicle. The system comprises: a seat state identifying module, used for obtaining carrying state information of a seat in a vehicle; a safe fixing module, used for fixing a passenger to the seat during the driving; and a fixing control module, used for obtaining the carrying state information of the seat from the seat state identifying module, and when it is identified that there is a passenger on the seat, controlling the safe fixing module corresponding to the seat to execute a fixing action on the passenger. In addition, also disclosed is a method for ensuring driving safety of an unmanned vehicle. The method is used for, when it is identified that there is a passenger on the seat, executing a fixing action on the passenger. Therefore, when information that a passenger is seated is obtained, the fixing control module controls the safe fixing module to fix the passenger to the seat. In this manner, the passenger is always fixed to the seat of the vehicle during the driving, thereby ensuring the safety of the passenger during the driving. |
