Novelty: coloured traditional rusks and small cheese or herb pies (kalitsoynia) are disclosed. Advantages: new nutritional chain acceptable by old and new consumers; creation of new working posts, extension and refreshing of tradition with no deterioration of its characteristics; creation of new exportation opportunities; healthy nutritional habits for children to whom said products are very attractive.
