PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance contrast of a display panel.SOLUTION: A display panel includes: a light-emitting element substrate in which light-emitting elements are two-dimensionally arranged; a transparent substrate which is arranged so as to face each other while keeping a predetermined interval between the transparent substrate and the light-emitting element substrate, and transmits radiation light emitted from the light-emitting element therethrough; a black matrix which is arranged between the light-emitting element substrate and the transparent substrate, and includes an opening at a position linearly overlapping the light-emitting element; a spacer which is arranged between the light-emitting element substrate and the transparent substrate, and defines the interval; and a sealing resin which is arranged between the light-emitting element substrate and the transparent substrate, and bonds the light-emitting element substrate and the transparent substrate. |
