PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system capable of improving efficiency of verification work by disposing a number of verification target apparatuses in the same segment without preparing any operation terminal or router for each verification target apparatus.SOLUTION: A switching hub SW1 registers correspondences of real IP addresses, virtual IP addresses, MAC addresses and ports in an FDB. When receiving an ARP request, if a virtual IP address matched with a target IP address is registered, the SW1 replies its own MAC address. When an IP packet for which its own MAC address is a destination, is received and a virtual IP address matched with a destination IP address is registered in the FDB, the destination is rewritten into a real IP address and the MAC address. When an IP packet for which any other address than its own MAC address is a destination is received and a real IP address matched with a source IP address is registered, the source is rewritten into a virtual IP address and its own MAC address. |
