PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which enables the reduction in impedance at interface between a solid electrolyte and an active material, and enables the increase in all-solid type lithium secondary battery's charge/discharge efficiency and charge-discharge capacity.SOLUTION: A positive electrode for all-solid type lithium secondary batteries comprises: sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles (104) including LiS; lithium-containing transition metal oxide particles (106); and a SiOfilm (105) provided on the surface of the lithium-containing transition metal oxide particle (106) between the sulfide-based solid electrolyte particle (104) and the lithium-containing transition metal oxide particle (106). In the positive electrode for all-solid type lithium secondary batteries, the SiOfilm (105) with a thickness of 18 nm or less is formed by perhydropolysilazane. |
