PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a control valve and a tank compactly even with a configuration that a plan view center line of the control valve is arranged to incline to a lateral direction of an upper turning body.SOLUTION: A control valve 60 is arranged in a rear side X2 from a rotation center part 21. A plan view center line 61 inclines to a lateral direction Y so as to face an inner side Y1 of the lateral direction Y and a front side X1. A hydraulic oil tank 50 is disposed between the control valve 60 and an engine 31. The hydraulic oil tank 50 is disposed in a space (S1) formed by inclination of the plan view center line 61 to the lateral direction Y. |
