VARIABLE RELUCTANCE RESOLVER, MOTOR AND ROBOT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an angular position detection error smaller.SOLUTION: A variable reluctance resolver comprises a stator where exciting coils, cos phase detection coils and sin phase detection coils are provided to teeth. The number of slots of the stator is four times of a shaft-multiple angle number. The cos phase detection coils and the sin phase detection coils are alternately disposed to each of the teeth of the stator. Winding directions of the sin phase detection coils are alternately opposite directions for each of the teeth while winding directions of the cos phase detection coils are being alternately opposite directions for each of the teeth. The number of windings of the cos phase detection coils are the same as that of the sin phase detection coils.
