<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning circuit and a luminaire capable of preventing unintentional brightness change.SOLUTION: There is provided a lightning circuit including a power conversion section, a temperature detection section and a control section. The power conversion section is connected to a dimmer and an illumination load to convert AC power supplied from the dimmer, which is controlled in conduction angle, into a DC power and to supply the DC power to the illumination load. The temperature detection section detects the temperature which changes accompanying the lighting of the illumination load. The control section detects a dimming factor of the dimmer from the AC power and controls the conversion of the power by the power conversion section according to the dimming factor. In a first region in which the dimming factor is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, the control section determines the output from the power conversion section based on the dimming factor and the temperature detected by the temperature detection section. In a second region in which the dimming factor is smaller than a predetermined value, the control section determines the output from the power conversion section based on the dimming factor without using the temperature.</p> |
