PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve time information accuracy with a configuration of using a semiconductor oscillation circuit without using an oscillator.SOLUTION: A real-time clock device comprises: a count circuit 2 generating a clock signal on the basis of a count value of the number of pulses of a signal input from a semiconductor oscillation circuit 1; a temperature detection circuit 3 detecting a temperature of the semiconductor oscillation circuit 1; and a control circuit specifying the count value of the number of pulses on the basis of a temperature detection signal of the temperature detection circuit 3, and controlling timing of generating pulses of the clock signal.
