<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and reliably perform switching between driving modes of a vehicle while the vehicle is parked in a slope.SOLUTION: First, a driver operates mode switching means 42 commonly provided near a driver seat (S1). Then, inclination angle measurement means 71 measures an inclination angle (S2). An ECU 70 determines whether or not the measured inclination angle is equal to or greater than a predetermined angle preset for each inclination direction (e.g. five degrees or more) (S3). If this inclination angle is equal to or greater than the predetermined angle, the operation performed by the driver on the mode switching means 42 is cancelled (S4). If this inclination angle is less than the predetermined angle, switching of the driving mode is performed on the basis of the operation on the mode switching means (S5).</p> |
