PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate provided with a silver layer on a substrate through a reception layer, with the silver layer being small in resistance value even when the reception layer is formed by pad printing, and an electronic apparatus using the laminate.SOLUTION: In a laminate 1 provided with a silver layer 4 on a substrate 2 through a reception layer 3, the reception layer is formed with a photocurable resin composition comprising a photocurable resin and a modified polysiloxane having a photo-reactive group other than that of the photocurable resin. An electronic apparatus using the laminate 1 and provided with the substrate 2 as an enclosure is also provided.
