This system is a communication system comprising a terminal and a base station. In this system, the terminal performs a wireless communication that simultaneously uses both a cell of a first type the connection to which is possible without causing this cell to accompany another cell and a cell of a second type the connection to which is made possible by causing this cell to accompany a cell of the first type. The base station forms a first cell of the second type. When having detected that the terminal has selected the first cell as a cell of the first type, the base station notifies the terminal of a second cell of the first type different from the first cell, and hands over the terminal to the second cell. |
