A sample rack moving mechanism for removing a sample rack (5) filled with a plurality of sample test tubes from a temporary holding position in a temporary storage cartridge (2), and returning the sample rack (5) filled with a plurality of tested sample test tubes to the temporary storage cartridge (2), the sample rack moving mechanism comprising a drive element, a cam (106) driven by the drive element to rotate and having a set curved contour, a cam following device (107) moving along the contour track of the cam (106), a moving guide groove (308) correspondingly disposed with the temporary storage cartridge (2), having a bottom plane of the same height as the support plane of the temporary storage cartridge (2) supporting the sample rack (5), and capable of moving the sample rack (5) thereon, and a support piece (108) driven by the cam following device (107) to move up and down, and driving the sample rack (5) to horizontally move between the temporary storage cartridge (2) and the moving guide groove (308). The moving mechanism has a simple and compact structure, and has an accurate and reliable transferring position, thus effectively ensuring that a sample is conveyed to a target position, and avoiding tipping of sample test tubes and splashing of reagents. Also included are a conveying device having the sample rack moving mechanism and a test tube sample analyzing device. |
