METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY SYNTHESIZING TWO BIOLOGICAL FLOCCULANTS WITH DIFFERENT COMPONENTS BY USING BACILLUS LICHENIFORMIS

The present application provides a method for simultaneously synthesizing biological flocculants with polysaccharide and γ-PGA as active components by using bacillus licheniformis. The method comprises: transferring bacillus licheniformis to a slant medium and culturing the bacillus licheniformis; transferring a single colony on a fresh panel to a seed medium and culturing the single colony; and transferring a seed fermentation broth to a fermentation medium and culturing the seed fermentation broth, so as to obtain the two biological flocculates with different components. The flocculants synthesized in the present invention have a high activity and good thermal stability, and especially, have a good flocculation effect of polysaccharide in acidic and neutral conditions, and have a high flocculation activity of γ-PGA in neutral and alkaline environments, and can satisfy a large pH application range.
