The present invention relates to a sunshade for a passenger rice transplanter. The sunshade comprises: a front frame (1) installed at mounting units (606) formed on both sides of a passenger rice transplanter by forming a front bracket (105) and a side bracket (107); a rear frame (2) installed in the rear direction of a driver sheet (605) in a driving vehicle unit (6) of the passenger rice transplanter by forming an upper bracket (202) and a lower bracket (203); and a loop panel (3) supported by the front frame (1) and the rear frame (2) by forming combination parts (301, 302, 303) individually coupled to the front frame (1) and the rear frame (2). Therefore, a worker can conveniently perform a rice seedling transplant operation by simply installing the sunshade at the passenger rice transplanter and thus making a shade at the driver sheet of the passenger rice transplanter.
