The present invention relates to a swash cam device for a press comprising: a forming die installed in an upper side of a press and vertically moving; an accommodating groove engaged with a lower surface of the forming die, pressing a panel on the supper side wherein the accommodating groove is inclined from the upper surface which is open to correspond to a processing position of a piercing hole of the panel to a position separated from the lower surface at a predetermined distance; an upper pad having a through hole formed by penetrating from a bottom of the accommodating groove to the lower surface at a same angle as that of the accommodating groove; an upper body connected to the lower surface of the forming die on both sides where an inclined surface is not formed by having the inclined surface protrude from one side of the lower surface; a cam unit, wherein the lower surface is inserted to be mounted on the bottom of the accommodating groove and the upper surface is attached and supported on an inclined surface such that a lower body slides on the inclined surface as the upper pad ascends and becomes a component for assembly; a piercing unit connected to an end of the cam unit to be able to be detached at an inclination same as that of the through hole, and moving up and down in the through hole as the upper pad ascends wherein a piercing punch to process a piercing hole on the pad is installed in the lower surface; and a lower steel installed in the lower part of the forming die to be separated, forming the piercing hole on the panel by the piercing punch when the upper pad descends in the state that the panel is supported on the upper surface. |
