PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiler device comprising a wrapper apron that can be taken up around mandrel by applying no large force even when a metal plate is a high strength thick material.SOLUTION: A coiler device 1, which comprises a wrapper apron 22 having a mandrel 20 for taking up a metal plate 2, a plurality of wrapper rolls 21 for winding the metal plate 2 around the mandrel 20, and a plurality of wrapper aprons 22 for guiding the tip of the metal plate 2 between adjacent wrapper rolls 21, employs the configuration of having a fluid supplier 70 for supplying a fluid to a guide face 22a of the wrapper apron 22A disposed on the topmost stream side with respect to take-up of the metal plate 2. |
