PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate such as a quarter-wave plate and a touch panel sensor film, in which damages in a substrate can be prevented, decrease in adhesive force between a retardation layer and the substrate can be effectively avoided, and wrinkles or curling in the retardation layer can be prevented.SOLUTION: An optical film 13 includes a substrate 21 formed of a transparent film material, an alignment layer 22, and a curable retardation layer 23 to impart a retardation corresponding to a quarter wavelength to transmitted light, successively laminated in this order. An adhesive layer 24 is formed on a surface at an opposite side of the retardation layer 23 to the substrate 21 for adhering a sensor film 14 for a touch panel; and the adhesive layer comprises a UV-curable adhesive included by 35 to 50 wt.% in a solid content and inorganic fine particles included by 50 to 65 wt.% in the solid content, and has a pencil hardness scale of HB or higher.
