<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user power management system capable of efficiently performing power supply from a private power generator and a storage battery to a load system, leveling a use amount of commercial power by reducing difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of commercial power consumption, and reducing contract amperage.SOLUTION: A user power management system comprises a power management control unit 3 for setting a commercial power actual use upper limit value, which is an upper limit value of commercial power to be actually used by a user, on the basis of prediction generation power and prediction demand power. The power management control unit 3 sets a commercial power actual use upper limit value in a first time zone, in which the prediction generation power is larger than the prediction demand power, to be lower than a commercial power actual use upper limit value in a second time zone in which the prediction generation power is smaller than the prediction demand power; and controls power supply distribution for demand power in the first time zone so that generation power and battery power are supplied in preference to commercial power for the demand power.</p> |
