<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module using a cell of so-called bus bar-less structure, in which connection reliability is improved greatly, lowering of photoelectric conversion efficiency due to protrusion of a conductive adhesive is prevented, and cost reduction can be achieved by suppressing the usage of conductive adhesive or electrode silver.SOLUTION: A solar cell module not using a bus bar electrode has a plurality of finger electrodes 12, and a conductive adhesive 11 applied between the finger electrodes 12 and having a diameter smaller than the gap therebetween. By hot pressing a tab line onto the conductive adhesive 11 after application thereof, at least a part of the conductive adhesive 11 also conducts between the finger electrodes 12, and the conductive adhesive 11 may be applied in dot-shape.</p> |
