<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent instantaneous interruption of power supply for electrical equipment even in a case where an impact by falling and the like is added to a bimetal type current breaking element 305.SOLUTION: A battery comprises: a built-in substantially-rectangular parallelepiped battery cell; a bimetal type current breaking element for detecting heat of the battery cell; and an outer case for housing the battery cell. The bimetal type current breaking element is arranged on a first surface on of the battery cell. Inside the outer case, a first spacer abutting on the first surface of the cell is provided. A height of the first spacer is at least higher than a mounting height of the bimetal current breaking element.</p> |
