PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable recording paper transportation with no increase in the number of components, in an image formation device which directly transports a recording paper from a paper feeding roller to a transfer roller.SOLUTION: A transportation control part 81, on the basis of an input signal from a timing sensor 16, confirms paper feeding timing of a recording paper P that is fed from a recording paper tray 11, to measure a paper feeding time from the start of paper feeding. The transportation control part 81, on the basis of the paper feeding time that is measured, estimates the number of loaded recording papers P on a lifting plate 12 of the recording paper tray 11, and sets a next paper feeding start timing as well. The transportation control part 81, by supplying control signal to a drive motor 39, rotates a transfer roller 6, a fixing device 7, and a paper discharge roller pair 8, or the like, for transporting the recording paper P, and further, by supplying control signal to a solenoid 40, feeds the recording paper P from the recording paper tray 11. |
