PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion section for endoscopes, and endoscope including a confluent member that does not prevent operation of a bending section.SOLUTION: A bending section 16b and a soft section 16c are joined with a proximal piece 50B and a connection ring 63. A confluent member 70 has branch pipes 71a and 71b, and a confluent pipe 72. The branch pipes 71a and 71b are formed by dividing the proximal end of the confluent member 70 into two branches. A gas supply pipe 73 and a liquid supply pipe 74 are communicated to the branch pipes 71a and 71b. A confluent pipe 72 is consecutively provided at the distal ends of the branch pipes 71a and 72b, and communicated to an air/liquid feed tube 28. The air/gas feed tube 28 has such length as to retain the confluent pipe 72 in the connection ring 63, when the confluent member 70 is drawn in by bending of the bending section 16b. |
