摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a representative enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157, O26, or O111 with a high reproducibility.SOLUTION: In the identification method, a sample including a microorganism is analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS, a mass-to-charge ratio of a peak of marker protein origin on an obtained mass spectrum is read, whether the sample includes O157, O26, or O111 is determined on the basis of the mass-to-charge ratio. As the marker protein, at least one of liposome protein S15 and liposome protein L25, acid stress chaperone HdeB, and DNA binding protein H-NS are used.</p>
