<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of preventing quality deterioration of food.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 includes: a low temperature chamber 13 for storing food; cooling means for cooling the inside of the low temperature chamber 13; and a control device 7 for controlling the cooling means. The control device 7 has a low temperature step and a temperature raising step, and it controls the cooling means so that a temperature raising step is started at the moment when the low temperature step ends. The low temperature step sets a setting temperature of the low temperature chamber 13 to a low temperature preset temperatureθL which is lower than a freezing pointθf of the food during the low temperature step timeΔT1, and the temperature raising step sets the setting temperature of the low temperature chamber 13 to a temperature raising setting temperatureθH which is higher than the freezing pointθf during the temperature raising step timeΔT2. The temperature raising step timeΔT2 is set based on a load of the low temperature chamber 13.</p> |
