<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deposition failure when a multilayer material having a soft layer is used on an instrument panel.SOLUTION: A vehicular air bag device 2 comprises: an instrument panel 1 formed of resin and having a lid part 3 which serves as an open planned part; an air bag module 5; and a resin guide member 6 interposed between the air bag module 5 and instrument panel 1. The guide member 6 has plural deposition ribs 17 which can be subjected to vibration deposition with respect to a rear face of the instrument panel 1 on its upper end part. The instrument panel 1 is formed of a multilayer material 24 having a soft layer 22 between a skin material 21 and a core material 23. In the case, the deposition ribs 17 respectively have different height according to magnitude of compression force which actually acts to the ribs 17 during vibration deposition.</p> |
