<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optical film, in which the optical film having an easy adhesion layer can be obtained, to which layer foreign matter is restrained from being stuck.SOLUTION: The method for producing the optical film, in which the optical film is obtained by molding an acrylic thermoplastic resin, comprises: a step (a melt film formation step) of subjecting the acrylic thermoplastic resin to a melt film formation process to form a belt-like original film; another step (a vertical stretching step) of stretching the original film to the traveling direction thereof and/or a different step (a horizontal stretching step) of stretching the original film to the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction thereof; a separate step (a coating step) of applying an easy adhesion composition to the undersurface of the original film traveling at the vertical stretching step and/or the horizontal stretching step; and a discrete step (a winding step) of winding the stretched film. A coating film of the easy adhesion composition applied to the undersurface of the traveling original film is dried by heating the traveling original film to form the easy adhesion layer.</p> |
