Disclosed are a color film substrate, a display panel and a display device. The color film substrate comprises a flexible underlying substrate and a plurality of spacers. A plurality of subareas is obtained by dividing the underlying substrate through a plurality of parallel lines parallel to a set central axis of the underlying substrate and has the same size. A plurality of spacers is arranged in each of the subareas. The spacers are configured in such a manner that for any subarea, the larger the distance between the subarea and the set central axis is, the greater the change, at the same pressure, in thickness of the display panel at positions corresponding to the spacers caused by the spacers in the subarea is, so that the consistency of the thickness of the display panel can be achieved when the display panel is bent.
