The invention relates to engine building. A rotary internal combustion engine contains a stationary stator with a working-mixture inlet aperture, a compressed-working-mixture bypass channel, an exhaust-gas outlet aperture, blocking components, and either a device for igniting compressed working-mixture or a fuel injection device. The blocking components divide the zones of the engine. The engine contains a rotor having a piston affixed thereto. A channel between the rotor and the stator, through which the piston travels, has a constant cross-section. The piston travels, and the blocking components move, in a plane which is perpendicular to, or at an angle to, the plane of rotor rotation. The technical result consists in simplifying the manufacturing of, and in increasing the efficiency of an engine. |
