摘要 The present invention relates to a spot weld nondestructive testing device according to a new form which allows the nondestructive testing of a spot weld to be conducted not by a plurality of separate pixel units but in a continuous scanning manner, thereby reducing the unit cost of production and minimizing the whole size. To this end, the present invention provides a spot weld nondestructive testing device characterized by comprising: a housing body having a space therein and a vertically open structure and also having, filled therein, water for delaying the radiation speed of ultrasonic waves; a membrane formed to block the open lower side of the housing body; a partition plate formed to block the open upper side of the housing body; an ultrasonic scanning guide unit, which is provided in the internal space of the housing body formed by the partition plate and guides an ultrasonic beam to be scanned over the spot weld of the object being measured and positioned under the housing body; and a tilt unit for continuously tilting the ultrasonic scanning guide unit so that the ultrasonic beam scanning direction of the ultrasonic scanning guide unit changes continuously from one end to the other end of the spot weld.
